Mission Statement
Sustainable design is not just about good intentions but about good integration. Effective sustainable design begins at conception. Creating a holistic structure where all systems work together to reduce carbon emissions and negative environmental impacts works best when done by a vertically integrated firm that conceives, realizes and integrates the design holistically, responsibly, and comprehensively.
CarbonShack Design proudly joins forces with the Good Future Design Alliance, whose mission is to "prioritize low-waste design practices to reduce construction waste for future generations." As co-founders of the GFDA's Los Angeles chapter, we are excited and eager to help educate, engage and energize like-minded professionals in the design, architecture, construction and manufacturing fields to reduce waste in our industries.
